What is it?

Khidmah Internship Program is intended to expose UAE nationals to the Property and Services Management industry for a period of three to six months starting in September 2009. The program is part of Khidmah’s drive to promote hands-on and professional careers within this real estate sector. This program will offer candidates:

• Introduction to Khidmah’s vision and mission
• Workplace training in Property Management, Services Management, Finance and Khidmah Center (call center powered by customer relationship management systems)
• An opportunity to delve into Khidmah’s operations
• Extra credits upon completion of a 3 or 6 months internship
• Opportunity to network and learn from Khidmah professionals
• Meaningful assignments
• Fast-Paced challenging environment
• Great learning experience with appropriate evaluation

Who are the candidates?

• Emiratis of both genders in their 3rd or 4th year at a top college or university  
• Emiratis interested in working in the following fields :
  • Property Management
  • Services Management
  • Finance/ Budgeting and Planning / RE Valuation
  • Customer Service
  • Information Technology  
• Emiratis seeking jobs in the private sector in the real estate industry
• Candidates from different colleges and universities in the UAE
