Earth Hour is the symbolic energy saving action and an opportunity for participants to globally demonstrate their energy awareness and express their commitment to sustaining the environment. This is as easy as turning off your lights. By switching off your lights for Earth Hour you are acknowledging and celebrating your commitment to do something more for the planet that goes beyond the hour. This year, Earth Hour will be held on Saturday March 26th, between 8.30PM and 9.30PM, all around the world as per their local time zone.
Last year, Khidmah participated in the initiative in Abu Dhabi and Dubai with the involvement of its technicians, residents and clients. This year again, Khidmah is participating with almost all of its clients and performing the Earth Hour activity in the properties including:

• Clubhouse & Mosque at Villa Communities
• Mosques in Western Region
• Commercial & Governments Buildings of our prestigious clients
• Residential towers in Abu Dhabi & Dubai

 In addition to educating its clients and employees about Earth Hour and switching off the lights in the properties it serve, this year Khidmah has gone beyond the Earth Hour and promoted the message to the youngsters of Khidmah managed communities by arranging Art Competitions and exhibition on the theme “How to save the environment”.

Khidmah extends its full support to WWF in this endeavor and encourages its stakeholders to participate in Earth Hour by signing onto the initiative via WWF website.
