Abu Dhabi, UAE – 10 July, 2011: Khidmah LLC, Abu Dhabi based services management company, announce today the renewal of Facilities Management Contracts by its clients for all the projects due for renewal this year. This makes a 100% renewal of the contracts for Khidmah, following a year full of dedication, outstanding service & client satisfaction.

Projects for which contracts are renewed include MAG 214 & Lake Shore Towers in Dubai and 19 properties of Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) in Abu Dhabi.

During the last year of contract, Khidmah provided various Facilities Management Services to the two towers in Dubai including cleaning, MEP, landscaping, pool maintenance, civil works, pest control and specialized contract services and reactive & planned maintenance services to ADJD properties.

Under the terms of the renewed contracts, Khidmah will continue to provide various Facilities Management & maintenance services to these clients.  In addition, Khidmah will also work towards meeting Energy Performance targets set for the 2 towers in Dubai.

Khidmah possesses an impressive portfolio of properties under management, which includes villa communities, residential units and commercial towers for leading developers as well as individual owners in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Dubai.
