Khidmah continues to grow with key personnel recruitment
Abu Dhabi, UAE – 10 November, 2009- Khidmah LLC, Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati-owned and operated services management company today announced the appointment of Mr. Corey Martin as Administration Manager and Ms. Silje Eriksen as Team Services Manager as part of its ongoing recruitment drive. Since its establishment almost seven months ago, Khidmah has registered an impressive growth in the number of its staff, attracting highly talented professionals to key positions within the newly established company.
As Administration Manager, Mr. Corey Martin’s responsibilities in Khidmah will include the wellbeing of staff, employee relations and the recruitment of new staff members. He will also oversee the daily operations and management of the Khidmah Head Office. Prior to joining Khidmah, Mr. Martin worked for a facilities management company in Dubai and was responsible for the overall welfare of more than 2,000 workers. He brings over 15 years of experience working with the South Australian government in a number of human resources and community services roles. Mr. Martin has received different awards including the Australian “Customer Service Excellence Champion” award as a state winner and national finalist. Along with his current studies of a Bachelor of Business Management, Mr. Martin has also received tertiary qualifications in Community Service, Youth Work and Aged Care from the Salisbury and Playford College’s of TAFE.
Ms. Eriksen will be leading the Team Services division at Khidmah with the prime objective of achieving best practice in the Human Resources area by supporting and improving the skills of the head office workforce. Ms. Eriksen has previously occupied several human resources related positions with a number of multinational companies such as AT&T. Her experience in these roles spans across both mature and emerging markets. Ms. Eriksen holds an MBA in Human Resources and Corporate Governance from the Sydney University of Technology.
