Abu Dhabi, UAE – 23 March, 2010:  Khidmah LLC, Abu Dhabi’s first Emirati-owned and operated services management company, today was contracted to manage the luxurious Lake Shore Tower  located in the Jumeirah Lake Towers master project in Dubai.  The agreement marks Khidmah’s first management contract in Dubai, and adds to its impressive portfolio of properties under management, which includes villas  at Golf Gardens, Sas Al Nakhl Village, Khalidiya Village and commercial units in Khalidiya/Corniche Tower in Abu Dhabi, and Al Oyoun Village in Al Ain. Khidmah has set the service charges for Lake Shore Tower at AED 6.29/square meter for all inclusive facilities and property management services. These fees are competitive in comparison to similar residential towers in the Emirate of Dubai. 

Built around a lake, the Lake Shore Tower comprises 399 units that include studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments, as well as four bedroom penthouses and recreational facilities. Khidmah will provide a package of services to the common areas of Lake Shore Tower including facility management, cleaning services, general, preventive and emergency maintenance, pool cleaning, as well as leasing and re-sale services through the company’s leasing, re-sale and call center teams and effective online platforms UAE2Let.com and Resale.ae.

In addition, for a monthly fee, Khidmah can provide maintenance services for individual units – a service not typically included in the common area facilities management fee, where   individual owners can benefit from a much larger range of specialty services thanks to Khidmah’s tailor-made solutions.

To ensure affordability and ease, Khidmah has come up with a phased payment plan for its customers.  Flexible payment options will allow owners to pay for service charges with four post-dated checks.
