    Mr. Al Qamzi is a UAE National with considerable experience in the Housing and Real Estate Industry. Prior to the foundation of Khidmah LLC, he served Sorouh Real Estate’s Asset and Property Department as Manager of Operations and Property Management. Mr. Al Qamzi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & Computer System Management. Recently, he attended the Key Executive Program at Harvard University. Before joining Sorouh, he worked with the office of Presidential Affairs, where he was assigned the duty of housing for UAE Nationals.

    Chief Administration Officer

    Mr. Adel Kamali, a UAE National, leads the Daily Operation of Khidmah department which includes Facility Management, Property Management, Owner Association, and Sales and Leasing. Before the formation of Khidmah, he worked for Sorouh Real Estate, P.J.S.C in a comparable role. In addition, he worked as the Service Delivery Executive for Inajazat Data Systems, an IT outsourcing company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and an Executive Master’s Degree from Zayed University and is currently pursuing his DBA in Management from Grenoble University in France. Adel has 22 years of experience with different governmental, semi-governmental, and private companies in the IT sector.

    Firas Wanli
    Chief Financial Officer

    We are very pleased to announce that Firas Wanli has joined Khidmah as our Chief Financial Officer. He will be responsible for strategically leading and managing the finances of all of Khidmah’s entities to help Khidmah achieve its corporate objectives.

    Aside from holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a MBA from the University of Strathclyde, specializing in Finance & Management, he is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Internal Auditor, and holds a CFM certification.

    Firas comes to Khidmah with over 20 years of experience in the field, which includes over 10 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer within the Middle East. His initial auditing career included tenures at three of the [former] ‘Big Five’ firms, namely, experience with “Ernst & Young”, “Arthur Andersen” and “Deloie & Touche”.

    Ryan Darnell
    Executive Director – Facilities Management

    Ryan has more than 12 years of experience in the Facilities Management Industry starting in hands on roles that have developed across the commercial, residential, retail, IT and government sectors. As Director of Services for Khidmah, Ryan is responsible for all operations and business lines across the services portfolio, including business development. His clients include Musanada, Asteco, Sorouh, Abu Dhabi Judiciary Department and Abu Dhabi Municipality along with private residences and offices of members of the ruling family.

    Previously Ryan worked for Seba in Abu Dhabi and Jones Lang LaSalle in Australia where his clients included IAG, Allianz, Morgan Stanley, EDS, Deutsche Bank, EMC, Coca Cola, Australian Customs, MLC and Sun Microsystems. He won several awards at IAG and also won the Young Facilities Manager Middle East Award in 2009.

    Ryan has a double degree in Business and Arts, is an active member of MEFMA and has presented at several conferences across the region.

    Mohammad Tarhini
    Executive Director – Property Management

    Mohammad brings with him over 30 years of experience in Project Management, Asset Management, and Real Estate Development and Investment.

    In the U.S., Mohammad’s career in the real estate industry began in 1985 and continued through 2008, during which time he held an executive position with four of the nation’s top 10 developers. The driving force behind some of the nation’s largest master plan communities, Mohammad was responsible for the acquisition, design, construction, and asset management of over 16,000 residential and mixed use units.

    A €190 million mixed-use project in Podgorica, Montenegro with 85,000 m2 of sellable residential, retail, office and hotel components, a mixed-use project on the Adriatic Sea comprised of a 200 bed hospital, 175 key 5 star hotel and 200 residential units with private marina and tourism oriented retail component and a Luxury Hi-Rise Tower in The Pearl, Qatar consisting of 230 residential units and over 45,000 m2 of sellable area.

    Mohammad has 8 years experience in UAE in managing real estate investment and asset management of 3 billion dollars portfolio for different asset classes in US, Europe and the MENA region which spread through different spectrums including hospitality, retail, residential and medical sectors.

    Kirk Watilo
    Owner’s Association Director

    Kirk holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach USA and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a certificate in Judicial Administration from the University of Southern California, USA. He has also been an adjunct professor for two universities in Southern California for the past 15 years teaching business management, human resources and ethics courses.

    An organization for community association management professionals called Community Association Institute (CAI) provides education to managers, owners, business partners and other stakeholders in the Owners Association industry. Kirk holds many designations from CAI and has been teaching courses for over 20 years. He received the instructor of the year from CAI which was one of the reasons he was invited to teach courses for the Dubai Real Estate (DREI) Institute a few years back. Kirk is on the DREI faculty and teaches many courses dealing with association management, including finance, communications, governance, developer transition, and best practices.

    Kirk has been a part of management teams for communities with budgets exceeding 85,000,000 USD with thousands of homes and acres. He is a subject matter expert in high rise management. Prior to joining Khidmah he was vice president of a management firm in Southern California responsible for large scale communities and high rises.

    Kirk’s UAE experience includes managing MotorCity in Dubai and working with a large management firm running their Property Management section. One major focus for Kirk this year is to provide leadership and advice to Owners Association elected Boards as the communities begin their self-governance journey, transitioning from developer control to Board control. Kirk has been providing this type of advice for over 30 years.

    Mrs. Ensaf Ali leads the leasing and sale departments for Khidmah. With 14 years of experience in leasing and customer service, Ensaf brings extensive market knowledge and a dynamic commitment to delivering on client’s expectations in her management of Khidmah’s residential & commercial leasing and resale portfolio. Prior to joining Khidmah, she worked with a number of high profile clients in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Kuwait, where she developed new business opportunities for these companies and added new portfolios to the business. 

    With her experience in developing new business, evaluating market and feasibility studies, and managing an active and diverse team, Ensaf has built Khidmah’s Leasing and Sales department into one of the most trusted brands in the market.  Mrs. Ensaf holds Certificate in Brokerage and Business Planning and Professional Real Estate Management from U.A.E Academy, American Institute of Real Estate –Virginia, U.S.A.

    Senior Property Manager / Acting Director – Strata

    Mr. Low provides 12 years of experience in community  project development across an extensive international portfolio.  Possessing a professional knowledge in the planning, development and implementation of Community (Strata) management and service charge practices, Matthew leads Khidmah’s highly valued and results driven team of community management throughout our extensive array of high profile projects.

    Matthew has worked in extensively for Savills UK and has been integrally involved in many major master-plan communities in both well established and emerging markets throughout Asia and the Middle East.

    Jomon Thomas
    HSQE Manager

    Thomas Jomon is the Corporate HSQE and sustainability Manager  for Khidmah from 2012. Before joining Khidmah, Jomon was appointed In 2007 Corporate HSQE Manager for Farnek Services LLC and Avireal Middle East LLC based in Dubai UAE. Between 2010 and 2012, he formed the sustainability team called “Green team” where he developed policies and programs for sustainability team. He represented the Management in successful implementation and certifications to ISO 9001,14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards for Farnek Services and Avireal Middle East. Also, Jomon led the HSQE function in successful Technical bids for Ethihad airways and Burj Khalifa project for the  Cofley Besix Farnek Avireal and headed the HSE function for technical maintenance at Burj Khalifa.  

    Mr.Jomon is Qualified with a triple Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Physics with Electronics specialization and Business Management and Lead Auditor for Quality safety and Energy management systems as per international standards with 18 plus years’ experience in India and different countries in Middle East.

  • Jassem Saleh Busaibe

    Mr. Busaibe has over 15 years of experience in the fields of finance and investment, having held a number of high profile roles at several private and public companies in Abu Dhabi. He was most recently the CFO of SENAAT and prior to that served as CEO of Arady Properties, an investment company focused on the private equity and real estate sectors in the GCC, and was formerly Senior Vice President of Private Equities at Invest AD - the Abu Dhabi Investment Company. Prior to that, he spent seven years at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he worked as a Portfolio Manager focusing on European Equities. Mr. Busaibe is a CFA Charter holder and holds a M.Sc. in Finance from London Business School, UK.

    Board Member

    Mr. Kulaib has over 25 years of banking experience in local, regional and international financial institutions. He has extensive exposure in credit & risk, merchant banking, wholesale corporate banking and retail branch management.

    He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee, USA. During his career, Mr. Kulaib has held several senior positions both in the United Kingdom and the UAE, working with Citibank, Gulf International Bank (GIB) and First Gulf Bank. He was instrumental in setting up Aseel Finance PJSC – Abu Dhabi and managed it as General Manager.

    His last assignment was the CEO of Noor Islamic Bank – UAE.

    He is currently the Group CEO of Abu Dhabi Capital Group

    Board Member

    Greg Fewer is the Chief Financial Officer of Aldar Properties PJSC. Mr. Fewer is responsible for the overall financial leadership of Aldar including the oversight of group financial strategy, financial reporting, and corporate finance.

    Prior to his roles at Aldar, Mr. Fewer was Deputy Head of Structured Finance & Capital Markets at Mubadala where he was jointly responsible for Mubadala's overall debt raising activities and overseeing Mubadala's investment program in the commercial finance market.

    He holds a BComm (Hons) from the University of Manitoba and an MBA from London Business School.
